Product Utilization and Description
The TP-101 CI Series System is well suited for exterior use in parking structures, airport terminals, warehouses, loading docks, and other precast structures where slab deflection may occur.
This system includes an extruded, high-grade Santoprene profile mechanically locked into the heavy-duty aluminum edge rails. Either concrete or our flexible polycrete header material can be used to securely anchor the system in place.
The product, when inserted into a contraction or expansion joint, will seal the opening from the intrusion of water and debris. The single-thickness design provides this barrier against water and debris. Additionally, this design allows maintenance crews to quickly and easily perform a seal replacement in the event of an incident.
