Product Utilization and Description
Although designed for exterior applications, often this seal is used for interior applications as well due to the appealing clean lines of the seal and unlimited color selection available. The MG-Series shape projects a flush front seal appearance, with a uniform ribbed configuration that more aptly lends itself to variances in joint width to handle unequal movement cycles. The seal is made of Dow® Silicone material.
The EMS vertical joint seal of the MG-Series models offer vertical closure divides with low exertion forces to side wall surfaces. Joint openings from 1.75" to 7.12" can be accommodated. This product is suitable for applications such as airport concourse walls and ceilings, between aluminum window mullions on high rise structures, shopping malls, office buildings, and hospital interior and exterior wall applications.
