Product Utilization and Description
The DD-400 is a joint system especially designed for use with membrane waterproofing in the sealing of expansion joints in building complexes. It features a preformed sealing element affixed to aluminum rails and clamped tight by form plates. The top of the system remains flat and foot-traffic supportive. The extruded aluminum edge rails and stainless steel cover plate are also rugged enough to stand the rigors of vehicular traffic.
This product is well suited for use around hospitals, shopping malls, airports, and parking decks. The seal is made of colorable Santoprene material, which provides a watertight seal along the expansion joint line in structures.
