Extensive repair to the expansion joint systems was required at the IBM Corporate Headquarters parking garage in Markham, Ontario. For this project, the CR-Series expansion joint was used. In addition, there were some areas where water was trickling down the walls of the structure. The Flexible Gutter System was used to direct that water away from the mechanical room below.
